Will this help me lose a few pounds fast?
The faster you lose weight the faster you will gain it all back plus more trust me. Do it sensibly and the weight will stay off. The fact that you are not eating a lot means that you are already slowing down your metabolism. Try to eat 5 small meals spaced out in your day, by meal i mean snacks as well not whole meals. Try to get some more fruit and veg in there too. Honestly dont ruin your body on starvation diets because they dont work and you will feel crap when you cant stick to them and end up binging. do it properly and you will lose 2-3 lbs a week and keep it off.
