How can a 16 year old make money without a job?

it's hard finding a job in my town, at least for me since i never had a job before. i filled out many apps and none of the companys called me. so i want to make money so i can be a member at the local ymca, i need to get in shape for locrosse this spring. so how can a 16 year old make at least $20 a month or something??
