My fiansey cant travel to me.coz she is sik and i cant get visa to usa.what i had to do?

im from egypt and i met and loved very kaind lady.she is angel insaid huomen bodey.but she have poluo.she cant travel by aer.coz her poluo.and i want marrey her so so much my laif not comblet without her.and she too.but we have meny broblims.on visa to usa.and i didnt have anser from amercan empsey.and she have 60 year old.and im on 33 year old.evry one see ouer relashen a kaind of (useing).no one can blive us.no one..if they not blive us then why they blive that (old man can be in love with a yang lady)..why ouer story not blive.. mster .. or .. miss will anser my question..must know that..usa like any cantry to me if (martha)that her neam was liveing any pleac at this earth i will go to her.then why i cant get her even she live on usa..i dont be amercan..i dont any thing just be with her.she only one know me on real.she"s my twen on meny things. all i need to be with her..if you both know her you will know what i meen.is that my dream me and her to marrey is big to not hapend?
