Im looking into 20mb sky broadband wireless hub that plugs into the phone line?

is 20mb speed fast at the moment Im using a dongle from 3g, which is a pain. Also i can not get my head around how doe's the computer pick up the reception from the Wireless Hub if the computer doesn't have a ariel to receive it.....
