Has Anyone switched phone/broadband from BT to TalkTalk? Tell me your experience.?

yes i once did and changed back double quick,there are hidden prices not they don't tell you about,and trying to get through to customer services took me days they were always engaged.stick with bt they are more expensive but you know where you stand,and i have no problem getting through to them
