When your not near your "friend" you should tell him your number or something and hint at him to text you some time. If he texts ya then there ya go, communication and move up from there. But if he never does...sorry he probably is not into you. You really should not be friends with a girl like that though, just break away from her...the sooner the better. good luck :)
