What are my chances of being pregnant?

I have been diagnosed with unexplained fertility. My husband has good swimmers and I have no problems either cause they tested me already and all test came out good. I have a child with my husband, he is 4 years old. I started my first cycle of clomid and hcg shot. I had 2 mature follicles of 18mm and 24mm. I did the hcg shot and i had cramps and bd for the two days after the shot. Any success stories similar to my situation. When should i feel preggo symptoms?
