A teacher is accused of professional misconduct. Misconduct can mean anything from raising their voice to be heard in cl to poor clroom management. When accused by a parent or child the Child Protective agency goes on a "witch hunt" to ensure the teacher is removed from the clroom and with any luck fired. The police are the only ones who can lay charges. If the police say there has been no criminal activity shouldn't the Child Protective agency take note of this and drop the allegations against the teacher?
