Once you open up shop in Phu Quoc, are you considered a local instead of a traveler?

I don't have a business, but I am a clam taster. I decide whether the clams on the island are fishy enough, or not. If I'm licking a clam that has nothing dictinctive in its smell or taste, I give it a poor rating and p it on to the aborigines. If it's nice and smelly like a sea b, I give it five hats.
