Is Hakeem Nicks for Tim Hightower a good trade?

my #1 RB just got hurt for the season(Ryan Grant) so i need a RB but it that a good value? my RB's are Jonathan Stewart and Felix jones, right now i am picking up Brandon Jackson from green bay. My WR's are Andre Johnson, Braylon Edwards, Mike Williams SEA, and Vincent Jackson.
