I got an email claiming I won a million dollars in the yahoo international lottery, Bangkok. Is this real.?

The mail came from Bangkok Thailand. Dr. Raymond Hisashi is the vice president ot Yahoo lottery. The email address is kaneivabangkok@yahoo.com.hk They want me to fill an application form with my full name, address, country of orgin,date of birth, occupation, tele. no.winning number batch number and lottery number. They also said 10% of my winnings must be paid to the promotion company.
