How much does it cost to fly from Manila to Bangkok via Singapore Airlines?

ever heard of Open Skies? it doesn't exist yet so there's no way you'll catch a flight to Bangkok from Manila via Singapore Airlines. you're limited to PAL, Thai, and Cebu Pac.
