How can i build an engine that is small enough to fit onto my snowboard which will make it hover above ground?

I am trying to find a way to invent an airboard. i know where the 2 engines would go but i need to know what parts i would need to build it and where i can get them. i need the engine to be able to carry the weight of at least 750 pounds and stil be able to hover at least a foot off the ground...without the engines touching the ground. I am hoping that the engine will be rather flat in its shape and look like a circle.....but if not thats fine. And are there any suplies that could be found to build the engines at an average store or are every-day used supplies.
