Eating habits???????

I'm starting to get a good exercise routine down. Doin' a lot of weightlifting. I've got the whole "6 smallish meals throughout the day" thing down...sorta kinda. I've been having a lot of fishes, fruits and whole grains from lunch on till supper...my only problem is breakfast. Admittedly, I used to have huge breakfasts...mainly large quantities of cereal...now, I've cut down those proportions drastically, less than half of what I usually eat. I also add a gl of water and a cup of coffee. But, I still eat that cereal. With whole milk too. The cereal is your everyday "Fruit Loops" and whatnot. But I still can't bring myself to use that fat free abomination that is, fat free milk. Am I in a bad spot? Will I just have to bite the bullet and start eating bran with blueberries and 1/2 cup of barely palatable milk-water?
