The New covenant is dependent upon the work of Christ, not man's work. If man didn't sin, he would not need saving hence, no need for Jesus. With that being said, I have never met a meditating man who was sinless other than Christ himself. Meditation can also cause sin. Many men meditate on for instance. Meditation is a work and can't save you.
