Do you tip a hair stylist in the Czech Republic...if so what is the standard rate?

You are not obliged to pay anything. But if you were happy with the service then 10% is ok. 15% is already high appreciation. If you are not happy, you don't have to give them anything at all and the same goes for restaurants.
