Any tips for getting a guy ?

ok so im starting to like this guy well like im not over my exboyfriend but i know this other guy is nice and fun to hang out with . . i just want to get to know him . . but the thing is the kid knows everything bout me and my ex boyfriend . . and idk if itd be akward because we all work together . . idk im bad at this like should i just continue talkin to him and get his sn when my job is over or like how can i bring up hangin out or talking more . . like isnt it bad just to blurt out hey whats ur screename . idk any ideas
